Hi,
I was just curious to know if there is a glossary or index of some kind that can be used to determine the meaning of the code shown on my computer's task list. Even if the description of the science is above my head, it's still a good place to start.
Thanks

Your work unit is h14r2-TONI_KKi4-11-200-RND5030. It is a TONI_KKi4 task. I think these were created by Toni Giorgino to complete some research in order to have enough data/info for another paper. Most tasks are molecular dynamics simulations, sometimes in the field of developmental Biology, elucidating bimolecular signalling pathways, sometimes infection research such as HIV. That said I am not sure what this one is for but it might be exploring the kinetics of drug binding to the hERG channel.

You can read about some of the present and past tasks here, http://www.gpugrid.net/science.php

Good Luck,
