Yesterday my C drive died. I replaced it with a day-old clone and was back in business. The only differences were that I lost the two in-progress WUS, and BOINC allocated a new computer ID:



I did the merga and got this:



I see no difference! Do you?

Call off the dogs! I just found this:

"You just need to play the waiting game for all the results listed under your second machine have been fully processed, when that is 0, you will be able to merge the old and new descriptions of the same machine".

I should be able to do the merge in three days.

Usually, you can't merge them if they have "compute time ranges" that overlap. You might check that, but even if that's the case, there's not much you can do. I wouldn't worry about it so much.
